DoW PR-134 High-Altitude Multi-Sensor Fast-Mover Track
Southern California Offshore Warning Area W-291 (San Diego Range) • NARA RG 615 / DoW PR-134 Multi-Sensor Case File
Declassified under PURSUE Release 05 (DoW PR-134), this November 14, 2025 multi-sensor intercept off San Diego, California correlated shipboard AN/SPY-1B Radar tracks with airborne ATFLIR IR and MX-20 EO/IR locks on a 9.1 m (30 ft) fast-mover maintaining level stratospheric flight at 18,288 m (60,000 ft / 18.29 km / 11.36 mi) and 4,250 mph (1.90 km/s / Mach 5.54). High-altitude stratospheric fast-movers and grazing bolides along coastal ranges are monitored using an all-sky meteor camera[↗] paired with an ADS-B receiver[↗] and SDR receiver[↗] for transponder exclusion.
Spatiotemporal CNEOS + J2 TLE analysis for DoW PR-134 High-Altitude Multi-Sensor Fast-Mover Track at (32.9°, -117.4°), altitude 18.29 km (11.36 mi / 60,007 ft), velocity 4,250 mph (1.90 km/s): Nearest cataloged NASA CNEOS bolide is cneos-fb-143-202206072253 at 1,230 km / 764.3 mi great-circle separation (2022-06-07 22:53:17, Δt=1255 days), yielding 25% bolide match probability, 11% J2-propagated TLE flare likelihood, and 96/100 kinematic anomaly score.
